Quentin Road Christian Preschool runs a summer camp on its 45-acre Lake Zurich campus, where campers use a sports field, a fishing pond with paddle boats, a slip-n-slide, and go on field trips. Camp is part of the school's year-round drop-in program for ages 3 to 12, offered as a full day from 7:00am to 6:00pm or a half day from 8:00am to 1:00pm, with lunch and snacks included in both. It is the summer arm of a Christian preschool that also runs kindergarten and before- and after-school care.

Powered by GoogleThere is no way I can truly express just how much QRCP and the amazing staff there mean to my wife and me, and to our two children that have participated in the preschool program. The daily professionalism, kindness, care, consistency, and devotion of the staff is top-notch. You won't be able to find a better program for your children. Our two youngest have thrived at QRCP; making new friends, working on academic, social/emotional, and athletic skills, and simply having fun while learning, everyday. Thank you, and God bless to all the QRCP staff and families! We love you all.
We had a wonderful experience at Quentin Road Christian Preschool! This was our son's first year in preschool and the staff were very welcoming and made our son's time at school fun and educational. The communication was excellent as well. Highly recommend.
This is an incredible place! The staff are so loving and caring. The kids are so well taken care of. You can really tell that the teachers care about your kids. That is something you don’t get everywhere. For most, daycare is just a job, but these teachers really care. There is SO MUCH to do. 2 outdoor playgrounds. 2 indoor gymnasiums. A rock wall. An indoor playland. An Indoor swimming pool. This place has so much to offer. I would highly recommend!
Quentin Road Christian Preschool is a truly wonderful place! The teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely care about every child. They welcome the kids with big smiles every morning, and the classrooms always feel bright, happy, and full of excitement. Children learn so much here. Letters, numbers, Bible stories, and important life skills like kindness and working together. The lessons are simple, fun, and hands-on, so kids stay excited and curious. There’s also plenty of playtime, crafts, and activities that help them grow and explore. The school is clean, safe, and very well-organized. The teachers keep parents informed and create a loving, supportive environment where little ones can thrive. If you’re looking for a preschool where children are loved, encouraged, and taught with joy, Quentin Road Christian Preschool is an amazing choice.
We recently withdrew both of our children from Quentin Road. Our son was attending for preschool and our daughter for after school care. The facilities are extremely nice, the campus is clean and safe, and the after-school transportation & drop-in options for school-age kids are very convenient. Those elements are genuinely appealing and initially made this program stand out to us. However, the school is far more conservative and doctrinally strict than was communicated during enrollment. The religious component was described to us as simple Bible stories and general values, which sounded acceptable even though we are not very religious. We want our children to be open-minded and respectful to people of all backgrounds, so exposure to a faith-based program wasn't a concern. The school's true stance became clear when our 4 year old son chose to wear a dress to school. Nothing up to this point gave us an indication that this would be an issue, but the reaction made it clear that this is a deeply & strictly conservative environment. This also gave us new perspective on the 'life lessons' (where students are taken into the church auditorium for Bible stories) that our kids described. The way our kids explained them, they sound more like preaching than simple story time, and not always age-appropriate for preschool and early elementary aged children. The frequency, intensity and rigidity of the religious teachings were far more than expected. Families specifically seeking a rigid, firmly conservative Christian program may find this school to be a strong fit. Those expecting a lighter / more moderate faith-based curriculum or a more inclusive environment may want to consider other options. Once we realized this was a level of religious conservatism we were not prepared for, the school handled our concerns respectfully. We had open and courteous communication, our unenrollment process was fast and smooth & they refunded our unused tuition. We appreciate their professionalism on that front, even though the school itself wasn't the balanced environment we expected.
