Children's Cancer Connection is a Des Moines-area nonprofit (offices in Johnston) that supports Iowa and Nebraska children affected by childhood cancer and their families. Its camp programs, held at the Des Moines Y Camp in Boone, include overnight oncology, sibling, and teen camps as well as family and day camps, all provided free of charge. Its flagship program is Camp Heart Connection.
