Children's Acting Academy runs week-long theatre day camps at 131 W 72nd Street covering acting technique, singing, dance, improv, and audition skills, with a recital each Thursday afternoon. The camp runs Monday through Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm; snacks and lunch are included, and older campers attend a Broadway or Off-Broadway show. Families can enroll for one week or several across the summer. The academy has trained young performers in New York for more than 40 years under artistic director Mimi Stuart.
