My child went on a class trip and had fun except the attitude from only 1 staff member who was being rude!!! She couldn’t get out of a foam pitt and was struggling and he gave her attitude to get out already she asked for Help and he refused and said get yourself out! Some need re training to have patience and not being so rude to children

fine court, but bad service. The showers were supposedly included in the package, but after wrapping up, they told us showers were closed. Turns out it was because the maintenance team did not want to wait for us to clean it up. Only after we spoke to upper management did they tell us it was ok. Just disappointed with the whole experience.

We came to Fieldhouse to attend a birthday party. It’s was located inside Pier 62 at Chelsea Piers. The location was really popular for kids, as we saw a bunch doing different activities, like soccer games, gymnastics and cage batting. The facility had several soccer turf fields, gymnastics area, and couple of basketball courts. The lobby area had a ton of awards, medals and trophies that all the teams won. There were multiple vending machines as well. There were several party rooms at the back side. The rest rooms were kids friendly, as they had mini sinks at lower height for smaller kids. There were multiple staff members assigned to conduct the party. First they took the kids to basket ball courts where they did some relay running, played dodgeball and then did rope tug wars. They took the kids to fountains for water break few times. After the activities, the kids went back to party room where they were served pizzas, fruits, cheese platter, juice and sodas. The pizzas were decent. Finally they orchestrated the birthday song, assisted with cake cutting ceremony and handed slices of cakes to everyone. Overall the service from them was nice.

Came here for a kid’s birthday party. There’s a parking garage next to it but it’s on the higher charge. There’s another garage 2 blocks down with better rate. Inside Field house, there are multiple basketball courts, soccer fields, gymnastics and party rooms. It’s quite crowded and busy since there are kids with parents. Also there’s a soccer league game going on. Very intense. The party staff members were good with leading the activities. Kids were all engaged and having fun. After that we went back to the party room for pizza and cake. Overall great place for sports and having party. They did a great job.
