★liz ivesThe front desk staff are lazy and unfriendly. Don't bother asking them to do anything pertaining to their job, they won't. They are rude to all kids, weather they did anything wrong or not. Maybe they could hire staff that don't hate kids and don't mind doing their job?? Oh and the smell.... Are they cleaning with toilet water? Gross and unfriendly staff and facilities will guarantee that I don't waste my hard earned money on their over priced membership fees. Good job running off the people who keep the place open!
