Central Park Aquatic Center at 10371 Central Park Drive in Manassas is the home facility of Occoquan Swimming, a competitive swim club founded in 1986 with more than 600 members, and houses the Occoquan Swim Academy. The academy's programs are year-round swim lessons, a three-part water-safety course, pre-team and a non-competitive Streamline program for swimmers building skills and fitness, plus a water polo club, home-school swim programs and adult fitness and therapy swimming. The club's competitive track focuses on technique and endurance for regional and national competition; no summer camp program is listed.

We decided to enroll him in private lessons with Coach Caleb, who has worked miracles with our son. My son trusts him and has completed swim tasks that he never did before. My son has been working with Coach Caleb for a little over a month now, and we have already noticed a significant improvement in my son's water skills. At the previous location, we saw little to no changes in over 3 months, but we noticed a change within 2 weeks. The coaches rely on trust, accommodation, and individualize their lessons for each learner. We are so happy to have found this place and plan to continue as long as my son allows!

I just can't believe how much better this experience was than the one we did for our older daughter when she was young & we lived in Fairfax. The girls absolutely loved it! Every one from the manager to the instructor was awesome! With my older daughter, there were so many kids in her classes in Fairfax that she just stood on the wall most of the time. In contrast, my younger 2 girls today at Central Park Aquatic Center were working on their swimming the entire time with a small class. I just can't believe I didn't know about this place sooner. I got here by word of mouth of other moms in my subdivision who kept saying overwhelmingly that this was the best swim facility in our area for your kids to learn to swim. And they were right!
