★★Amanda CanalesOverall the staff were kind and the activities were decent. Cabin mattress weren't terrible though cabins were quite dirty and had spiderwebs. Overall my kid had fun but my real gripe is the food. I had several kids in my group with dietary restrictions (vegetarian, dairy allergy, vegan) and the options were pretty sad. I'm glad they had options but the chef clearly lacks any basic knowledge about plant based or allergy friendly cooking. While other kids got giant golden waffles, the vegan waffles were a flat tasteless cardboard looking thing. It's SO easy to make vegan waffles with an egg replacer or other binder. Then there were tacos but no meat alternative or protein. Why not do sofritos or even beyond steak? No desert option either so other kids got cookies and brownies and they got nothing. It was all just really sad. Now it wouldn't be such a big deal if people were allowed their own snacks... but outside food is strictly prohibited. If you're not going to allow outside food then make better alternatives.
★★★★★Amy MMy son’s 5th grade class went here for Outdoor Education. I went as a chaperone. We spent 3 days and 2 nights. The kids had a blast. The camp was well ran. The food was good. The classes were fun and engaging. The staff was great! Super accommodating!! They work really well with allergies and food restrictions.
★Rudy “RUDY”If you have a child with special needs, I would definitely not recommend. Trails are not wheel chair accessible. A lot of activities don't cater to kids in special education or have physical hardships. The cabins do not have enough electrical outlets if your child has medical equipment.
