YMCA Camp Keller

★★★★ 4.05 reviewsSnoqualmie, WA

Private

Outdoor education and day-camp site opened by the Snoqualmie Valley YMCA in 2019 on 40 leased acres about two miles down Tokul Road. The heavily forested property, with Tokul Creek running through it and a large open field, is used as the teaching tool: summer camp sessions cover orienteering, survival skills and environmental studies, with offerings such as Outdoor Survival Camp, Outdoor Cooking Camp and Archery Camp. The curriculum emphasizes leave-no-trace practices. The site is named for the Keller family, longtime leaders of the Snoqualmie Y.

I’m sorry, but why is this called Camp Keller in King County, WA when this is a camp for kids and Camp Keller was a bunk in King County made by a killer. This is weird. So weird.
