Our kids have been going here for a while with no complaints until today. What happened today was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Got a call that our daughter was sick throwing up so her dad left work to pick her up. When he got there we absolutely can not believe the condition our poor baby was in. She was covered in poop all the way up and down her back to her feet. Dripping poop all over the place. Leaving poop where she sat. When asked where he could change her they prompted him to the girl's bathroom. He figured it was a single stall but when he walked in there's a bunch of little girls in there, he couldn't change her in there! So they directed him to a private bathroom in the principal's office. She proceeded to poop more before daddy finally got her all cleaned up. Her whole outfit was soaked in diarrhea he had to throw it out and gave her his shirt to wear out of the building. They looked at him like he was the crazy one! They didn't even act like they were the least bit concerned that she had been literally soaked in poop for who knows how long before he could get there. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!!! You are in the CHILD CARE industry, you need to CARE for the children under your supervision! I'm just so greatful he could get there when he did and that she didn't have to sit around like that for any longer than she had to already. Completely outraged at the lack of responsibility taken by ALL the staff members there and very disappointed to be spending my money on 3 kids to spend day care at that facility. The whole summer has already been paid for, now I'm going to be very reluctant in trusting them to take care of the children. All of your staff at the boys and girls club should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope I'm not alone in feeling like this is completely unacceptable for a day care to do this.

My daughter has been going to the Boys and Girls club for 6 years and she loves it at times if there has been any issue with the kids getting along Mr Quan, and Mr. Dom are always there to take care of it and work out a plan for the children to get along and I give them both the up most respect And they always listen to you and your concerns .

Love them! This is my 2nd year having my son enrolled and I wouldn’t have it any other way! They go above and beyond to make sure the kids are happy and taken care of when they’re in their care. This is our 1st year doing sports and I love that they make sure every child gets to participate! Best place yet.
