Ammon Community Recreation Center in Pittsburgh's Hill District, operated by City of Pittsburgh Citiparks, hosts free summer day camp. Citiparks' CitiCamp is a free STEAM-based day camp for ages 4-12 running weekdays from mid-June through July with art, science, math, history and field trips; the center also hosts an Ozanam/Josh Gibson summer camp on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The life guards are super helpful and even offered us a sun shade that they then set up for us in the grass. They also played music and everyone seemed to be having fun, even while on the job! Really loved the atmosphere here!
