The best way for me to rehab after TKA and spinal degeneration is by walking and swimming in the pool. This is the only reason I joined the YMCA but they don’t post the open swim schedule anymore. When I asked at NK this past spring, I was informed that I would need to call everyday because of life guard shortages. While I get staff shortages, I’m paying for the pool but not being able to utilize it.

I try to get to Silver Sneakers at least twice a week. This is a good YMCA in a great location. They have several gymnasiums a pool couple of weight rooms a sauna and a big parking lot.

Yoga teacher is the absolute best. The most caring human you will ever meet. I almost didn't post this because I don't want to share her.

Great place for families! We're here almost every day of the week and am thankful to have a place like this in the community. My children are a part of the swim team and love the community of families attending here. We also make use of the child watch for our 1 year son which has been a blessing since I am a working mother. They have made improvements around the facility but it would be nice to see more updates...

We are members because of the price, it certainly isn't because of the outdated equipment, or the old folks who look at you like you're in their way! My two kiddos and I go for $25 a month. We have access to Natrona heights, Allegheny valley and New Kensington. Natrona heights has a pool. Staff is sub par. You get your money's worth lol. Be careful, they take the money out on the 1st of every month this is something they didn't tell me when I signed up. They will give you a silent warning one time. Meaning they don't actually tell you 😂. The second time your payment bounces you will be charged $30. I had no idea my payments were not going through as they had an outdated card.😡
