The price is fine but its the lady staff thats the issue and the rules themselves because what do you mean my husband can't hold me it was nothing sexual just him holding me in the pool because they "don't allow PDA" and you aren't allowed to have your phone in the water. The people here are either super sweet or ridiculously judgemental the moment I was signing our guest passes in the woman on staff had it out for me when I hadn't said a single word to her maybe it was my tattoos or peircings but still this is your job not a place for you to start bs...

My kids are upset with the sudden implementation of wearing life jackets in the pool today. They have been having swimming lessons already and been swimming there a couple of times without the life jackets. But enforcing every kids ages 13 below to wear life jackets in the 3 ft pool if they don’t have parents with them does not make sense when you already see them swimming before without life jackets without an issue. One of my kids did the swim test because he does not want to swim without the life jackets and was failed because he’s scared to jump in the 7 ft deep pool but was able to cross the entire pool fine. It does not make sense for him to not be allowed to swim in the 3ft to 5ft pool without a life jacket. How do you practice swimming if you keep wearing life jackets? Or the rule that parents should be with them in the pool. You assume parents know how to swim. What’s the life guard duty anyway?

I went to visit for the pool and the brown haired woman on the pool deck ( wish I got her name) was a massive jerk. She spoke to me like I was a child and belittled me, rather than giving me answers to my locker room question she just kept repeating the same sentence over and over. She continued to tell me that my daughter should be in her own locker room alone rather than with me. I understand policy but in this day and age I don’t want my child to be left unattended in public. A company that prides themselves on Christian ideals should treat their guest better. Big time when I’m paying almost 50 bucks a month for this service for 5 years. Treat your guest better and talk to them with respect not belittlement.

The staff here are always so friendly! The new pool is great. The locker rooms could definitely use some updating, they are very dungeon-like. The showers have seen better days and have rust. Love the sauna, great for after swims.
