Camp Via West, run by the nonprofit VIA Services, is a residential (overnight) camp on a 13.5-acre campus in the Cupertino foothills for children and adults with disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy and Down syndrome. It provides respite programming with swimming, arts and crafts, sports, hiking, creek exploration, gardening, cooking and campfires, and can support participants needing 1:1 staffing, including medically fragile campers (g-tubes, seizure disorders, diabetes). It offers special-diet accommodation, is nut-free and has a scholarship fund.

Drop a kid or adult kid off after 9 a.m. or at whatever time is ok for the person, no pressure, pick up by 8 p.m. or overnight stay.. there is a playground, 2 swimming pools, hiking trails, building for arts and crafts, common building with AC and more. It is safe. Camp has electrolite drinks in case of a heat wave. Near Starbucks offers refreshing drinks. Happy Campers!:)💜👍🤩😻
