Run for Fun Camps offers outdoor summer day camps in Los Altos (at Santa Rita Elementary), plus after-school programs and an overnight camp on Pinecrest Lake. Day Camp serves children entering TK–5th and Adventure Day Camp (with field trips) serves entering K–7th, running roughly 8:30am–2:45pm with dodgeball, Capture the Flag, sports, hikes, crafts, and campfire time. The day and overnight programs are ACA-accredited, with morning and extended care available.

★★★★★JonathanSomeone who begrudgingly went via 7 hours by bus, I started with a pessimistic attitude and feeling towards the camp, but as I continued through I started feeling the joy of waking up in the middle of the night to walk to the restroom, it was fun, the people, the events, the counselors. It’s a pretty permanent mark on my memories, it really drove out my screen addicted self to move outside and what not. Would really recommend going if you’re young, or working if you’re older, because it was truly a fun time.

The way the staff put kindness, fun and togetherness at the forefront of every day is amazing. Every camper comes together to cheer each other on, no matter what team they may be on, what cabin they come from, everyone is so supportive and the environment continues to stay uplifting and positive all week long. I loved it so much the first year, that I returned for the summer of 2025 for THREE weeks.
