My kids went here two years for camp. If your kids likes to be involved in outdoor games and play this is their camp! The YMCA does a wonderful job of giving our children the outdoorsy camp from yesteryear without being too cringe. A great experience if your kids like to have fun outdoors. Only complaint is that no one monitors cell phone usage, so children who are stuck to the screen will stay like that and you will pay for what you could just let them have at home.

I would not recommend this camp to anyone; especially if you have a child who requires a little extra help. I reached out to the Camp Director multiple times with questions and concerns since this was our very first experience with Summer Camp. All of my messages were completely ignored. My son is 6 and told us multiple times about the other kids being mean and calling him names. He was sent home for "kicking" another child when he was on the monkey bars and the other kid stood in his way and refused to move despite being asked nicely multiple times. They have a 1 to 15 counselor to camper ratio. Absolutely horrible staff that is not equipped to handle anything. My son was actually traumatized by his experience there.

This camp is just the greatest under the sun. The staff is great with the kids, and there is so many activities. The camp is on Naticook Lake and kids can Kayak, paddleboard, swim. They have a petting farm, and a really nice playground, and an outdoor assembly. It is in the woods and a private facility with good security. Not to be matched. Excellence! Five Stars all the way!

My children look forward to spending their summers at Camp Sargent. During their summers they have not only created wonderful friendships, but felt safe enough to come out of their comfort zones and try new things. They are looking forward to a summer of fun and of course gaga ball!

We can’t be any happier with Camp Sargent, especially this summer! Tiffany and her staff go out of their way to ensure the safety of the children and staff are #1 (with #2 being Fun)! Nothing makes me happier than when my son wakes up excited to get out of bed and go to camp!
