Campers swim daily in the lake and take part in sailing, horseback riding, archery, riflery, hiking, and camping-out, with weekly Catholic Mass and non-denominational services. Sessions range from two to seven weeks, and girls stay in Swiss-chalet-style cabins with indoor bathrooms.

Outstanding camp nestled in the Adirondacks. When we sent our daughter to Camp Jeanne d'Arc, we were not sure if she was going to like it... turns out, she LOVED it. This camp has become a part of her character and the lessons they teach will forever inform her personality. I can't say enough good things about the camp, it's clean, well managed, and at no point did we ever feel like our daughter was unsafe. If you are looking for a meaningful experience that will transform your child in the best ways possible, this is a great place to start.

Last summer was my oldest daughter’s first overnight camp, and both of us were very nervous. Before we committed, Randy was amazing—patiently following up and answering all of our concerns. Once camp began, Sandy was also wonderful. She truly understood my child and paid attention to every detail, which gave me so much comfort. One of the things I appreciate most about this camp is that it’s completely device-free. The kids focus on activities, nature, and real social interaction—an important skill for this generation that spends so much time on screens. The traditional values and meaningful activities made the experience even more special. My daughter went from fear and nervousness to fully embracing camp life. She became more independent, made friends, and grew so much socially. She enjoyed it so much that she wants her younger sister to join her next summer. Our family is fully committed to returning next year. We are incredibly grateful for the care, communication, and values of this camp. Highly recommended.

My daughter has been attending Camp JDA for five summers. She absolutely loves her time there and has met some amazing friends along the way. She loves the swimming, the archery, the banquet, the Polar Bears club, the Motor Trip and the general sense of belonging that she feels there. My decision to send her there was cemented from the first summer. The updates are always flowing and make me as a parent feel at ease with her so far from home.

Last summer was the first time that my two daughters camped abroad. It is one of the best decisions I´ve ever made for them. The place is amazing, the views, the facilities and the activities that my kids told me about they couldn´t be better in any other place. Sandy, Randy and ALL the girls that coordinate everything are just unbelievable and superb when it comes to my girls, when kissing their goodbyes they just did not want to leave. Beleive that this Camp worths every penny you INVEST in your kids formation and growth, just what I wish for my kids: confidence, respect, diversity of cultures, ethnicities, citizenships, independence and most of all... LOVE. IMPORTANT: all of the above while having tons of fun!! It is just great. See you next year

After 13 amazing summers at Camp Jeanne d’Arc (camper, CIT, counselor, senior director) I can confidently say it had truly made me a better, more confident person. CJdA is a special place where your daughter will be given the chance to discover her strength and share her light with others. The staff cares deeply about their campers and will take excellent care of them.
