Camp Lincoln is the boys' side of North Country Camps, a full-season overnight camp founded in 1920 on a lake in the Adirondacks at Keeseville, run alongside Camp Whippoorwill for girls. The program is built on individual choice across horseback riding, sailing, canoeing, swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, bicycling, soccer, baseball, softball, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, tennis, archery, art, drama, dance and woodshop, plus an extensive wilderness trip program of day trips, overnights and three- to five-day hiking, backpacking, canoeing, biking, riding and sailing trips. Campers ages 8-15 live in cabin groups of five or six with one counselor, at an overall 3:1 camper-to-counselor ratio. Most attend the full 7.5-week season, with a five-week option and a three-week option for first-time campers of any age; the camp is ACA-accredited and indicates financial aid may be available.
