This daycare has been an absolute blessing for our family. My child is excited to go every morning and comes home happy, confident, and full of stories about what they learned. The teachers are nurturing and attentive, and you can tell they truly love what they do. The director and assistant director are incredible — they go above and beyond to make sure every child feels safe, supported, and seen. The front desk is also very attune she welcomes every family by name and always takes the time to check in. I recommend this daycare wholeheartedly.

Not a very welcoming gym if you are a young woman trying to learn how to lift weights. I've encountered hostility and judgement from the old men at this gym on multiple different occasions I've worked out. I work out almost daily at my college gym and never experience trouble. Yet every time I come home to workout I feel belittled, and uncomfortable. If you are a young woman I suggest going somewhere else with a younger crowd. There are other things I love about the JCC, as I have grown up attending various programs, as well as working for their summer camp. Unfortunately, I cannot get over all these encounters as it has hurt my love for working out and reinforces the sexism many women face from working out.
