We played basketball for a season out of this ymca. Giving the kids a good fair experience was not the #1 priority. Would highly recommend going to another ymca that is organized much better and isnt just worrying about getting the games in. The refs were obviously being told how to call the games based on who knows what. Most games turned into a scrum because nothing was called and eventually the kids take it on themselves. Would give 0 stars if I could. The maple and butler cast ymcas have much better programs.

SW YMCA 5 am best staff ever, treats you like family. Always use pool. Facility always in good repair, and VERY clean. Highly recommend to use.

Friendly staff, clean towels, not too crowded (most of the time), amenities and options, and price. Surrounded by people that I feel comfortable being around and working out around. I love that most days when I have a long run, I can grab a quick coffee before heading down to the treadmills. I recommend it to everyone. I've had disappointing experiences with other health clubs around their offerings and pricing and practices, and YMCA is night and day better.

Th facility is clean, welcoming and fun! The staff are very knowledgeable and supportive. The other members are positive, friendly, and fun to be around. I try to go five days a week. When I don’t get there, I don’t have as good day. I build my day around going to the Y.
