Powered by GoogleCamp High Rocks is one of the most amazing camps, full of so much laughter and joy. Every activity and event is so much fun!! Would definitely recommend visiting.
Attended summer camp there twice in the 1960s. So my review is certainly outdated! But back then it was a fabulous experience. Great facilities, great camp counselors.
High Rocks has been an incredible experience for our son! It's small enough that he gets plenty of personal attention and big enough that he has access to more activities than he could ever do! The staff care about his emotional and physical well being and we are so happy that we decided to send him to High Rocks!
I was so impressed by the amazing property full of adventure and activites any boy would dream to be a part of. I was only nervous that it was my 8 year olds first time away. Well all worries were eased when reunited with our son and he was all smiles and excitement eager to show us all over camp. Our first question to Eli was “do you want to come again next year? And he yelled YEESSSS!!!!!!!” Eli returned a changed boy in so many positive ways Our picky eater now eats so many new foods and wants to try new foods! Eli also surprised me that he now knows all the proper swimming strokes 😳🏊♂️🏊♀️🏊🏻 Eli loved mt. Biking and hiking was his favorite, but wants to try horseback riding next year. Now Eli’s goal is to get his cousins to come with him next year.
Camp High Rocks was the perfect camp for our first-time camper. Though he was nervous at first and homesick, by day three, his homesickness was gone. When we picked him up, he thanked us for sending him to camp! He loved the counselors, the activities, and meeting new friends. He even liked the food (and my kid doesn't usually like food). He can't wait to go again next year. Thank you, Camp High Rocks!
