My Father, Ed Martin attended Camp Arrowhead probably the summer of 1941. After the war and graduation from college he returned as a counselor in either 47 or 48. That is where he met my Mother, Mary Francis Moore who was the camp nurse. My brother Steve attended camp in 1968. My nephew attended camp sometime in the 90s. Camp Arrowhead has always been a part of my Family. Mom and Dad remained very close with Joe and Mary Bell their entire life.

We've been so happy with Camp Arrowhead. They have many activities for the boys to do each day, plus they learn valuable life skills along the way. It's a great feeling to know that our son is in good hands while he's away at camp, too. They also upload lots of pictures each day, so we can see what all they've been doing. It's a great opportunity for kids to get off of the devices, get into nature, and make some awesome memories.

We live in Colorado and our 9 year old son attended the one week camp this past summer. He made great friends, could not stop talking about how good the food was, and loved learning blacksmithing and woodworking. He seemed so engaged and empowered about all he had learned when he took me on a tour of the grounds at pickup. I felt he had matured in just a week! I got the sense it was a very wholesome and nurturing environment and the choices for activities were real skills that he can carry into adulthood if he so chooses. He loved it and wants to return this summer.

Camp Arrowhead is amazing. Our son has attended the last two years, and we will continue to send him until he ages out. Camp Arrowhead creates a wonderful experience for the boys. Our son loves the blacksmithing, wood shop, climbing, and so much more. He has so much to do and learn. The flexibility in the daily activities keeps him from getting bored. It is the best 2 weeks of his year.

My son attended his first (mini session) sleepaway camp at Camp Arrowhead this summer. He LOVED it! From the various choice blocks, activities, food, and friends, he couldn’t choose his favorite part. Thank you to Alli and the entire team at Camp Arrowhead for giving my son a great experience. He’s doing two weeks next summer for sure!
