Camp Airy is a Jewish overnight camp for boys ages 7 to 17 on a 450-acre campus in the Catoctin Mountains near Thurmont, Maryland. Founded in 1924 by Baltimore philanthropists Aaron and Lilly Straus, it is the brother camp to Camp Louise for girls. Campers attend one- to seven-week sessions, and the camp serves Jewish children regardless of economic background.

Powered by GoogleCamp Airy is a magical place where core memories are formed. Plus they have an amazing Parkour setup.
My family has been part of this camp since the 60's. I have been going since the 90's. We now have 3 generations who have been part of this camp and I hope for many more years and generations to come.
It's been a while, but. This was where I had my first kiss. Special place! Innocent and sweet community. The best. Wishing you so much luck and sending love in recovering from the fire!
It was great to be a camper and counselor there. I plan to visit again on my 30+ anniversary of being a member of the staff.
though my review is way out of date. I attended this camp from '90 to '97. One of my closest friends is from Camp Airy. I made so many fantastic memories here. I would love to share the experience with my children when that time comes.
