Camp Sonshine Germantown is a state- and county-licensed, ACA-accredited Christian day camp founded in 1992, serving school-aged children from Pre-K through 10th grade. It runs Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm with traditional, wilderness/adventure and STEM specialty tracks. Camp Sonshine also operates a Silver Spring location.

I didn't know what to expect the first year, so we signed her up for multiple camps to try them out. She loved Camp Sonshine the best and never wanted to go anywhere else since. She loves the pool trips, slip and slide, arts and crafts, and all the activities they do. She already has plans for the future when she can be a counselor in training and a Junior counselor. I'm happy that she looks forward to going every day knowing she will have a great time.
★★★FaithFeels like a watered down version of the Silver Spring campus, staff is nice but it feels almost like a daycare In comparison. If at all possible, go with the Silver spring location their site is huge with a lake for canoeing, woods to hike and go karts.
