★S KThey canceled my daughter's camp 3 weeks before it began, saying enrollment was low. I asked if she could be enrolled into a different camp, as there was little time left for me to search out available programs for her on such short notice. They gave me a list of other available camps they offered that week, not bothering to mention that some of them had an upcharge. When I chose one, they cheerfully told me no problem, they would take care of it. Then I received notification from my credit card that they charged me an additional fee of $40. When I inquired, they said, "Surprise! The substitute camp you chose was more expensive, sorry for the inconvenience!" There is nothing they could do to waive the fee because the camp "I chose" was more expensive. They should have eaten the difference. These people do not understand customer service.
