Braintree Baseball Club is an indoor baseball and softball training facility on Ivory Street that runs a four-day summer softball camp alongside its year-round instruction. The camp covers defensive footwork and fielding, hitting mechanics and pitching basics, led by instructors Jim Joyce and Danielle O'Neil. It runs Monday through Thursday, July 13-16, from 9am to 2pm at the Flaherty School, for ages 8 to 14, at $225. The club's other summer offerings are class-format hitting and pitching sessions rather than camps.
