The Boulder Creek Recreation and Park District serves Boulder Creek, Brookdale, and the San Lorenzo Valley with recreation programs, including a full-day summer day camp at its Bear Creek Community Center for children ages 6-11. The seven-week program runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with science, art, sports, daily pool time, and river play and hiking. Enrollment is open to the community through the district.
