The weightlifting area is some of the worst I’ve seen. Its small, not a lot of selection, and their machines keep breaking almost every week. It’s frustrating to come here.

We held our granddaughter’s grad party in one of the community rooms at Bison Ridge and it was perfect! The space was great, both indoors and out on the patio. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Everyone was super helpful through the entire process of the room rental, set up and support through the event.

It would be nice to have window shades open on walking/running track in the mornings. Eight very large nice windows with a great views of the mountains but we can't enjoy that view as we walk. I have asked staff about having shades open but they say it causes sun glare for pickle ball players in the afternoon so they just keep them closed all day. I can't imagine it would take much time to have them open in mornings and close them mid day. Staff have been courteous in my talks with them. ****5/14/26 update**** As I took time to post my first review,, I will take to write again and express thanks to whomever took time to address this. Just a different feeling walking in the morning and being able to see the beautiful mountains. Thank you.

After several years as members, virtually going everyday, my husband and I recently moved, so I wanted to leave an honest review of our experience. The Pros: The facility is consistently clean, and the pricing is fair for residents. Most of the staff—including the trainers, janitorial crew, emergency staff, and the friendly tall gentlemen who works the desk(and plays basketball sorry we never got your name)are wonderful and professional. The Cons: For such a modern building, the lack of a sauna or steam room and the small pool area are disappointing. The annual two-week “maintenance” shutdown is also a major hurdle; being forced to drive 30 minutes to old Commerce City is a huge inconvenience, especially when the facility doesn't feel any different upon reopening. The Customer Service Issue: The biggest drawback is the front desk culture. Unless you happen to catch one of the two friendly employees, expect to be treated like a massive imposition. If you forget your physical card, the staff—often glued to their phones—will berate you for not having a photo of it, despite the fact that their scanners rarely read phone screens anyway. As someone with extensive customer service experience, it’s frustrating to feel like a burden for asking a "customer service" employee to do their job. It truly feels like you are interrupting their personal time just by walking through the door. Since this is the only gym option for those outside the Reunion neighborhoods, you’re essentially stuck with these "mid" vibes. 3 Stars

For as big as this place is and spread out it's very pricey for nonresident they have a basketball area gymnastics area pool work out area. Also they could re train the desk staff very rude when asking questions about facility area they have a few vending machines lowest price was $1.75 price a little high, they also have a few area to rent out for parties open areas outside of the area to sit. Bathroom was very clean. The room if rented has a mic and music and a projector. They have swim lessons and a fireplace area to sit. Ask about catering? Over all not bad just priced a little out my comfort level and rude desk staff. Plenty of parking.
