It's simply our second home. Not only because we spend so many hours there, but because everyone becomes very close; the atmosphere is one of familiarity and trust. Our experience as parents has been wonderful. The coaches are the best! We love them! They have managed to bring out the best in my daughters, fostering their skills, confidence, and discipline.

Their makeup class policy is insane. You can only make one class up per session. Little Gym allows you to make up sessions within a timeframe. When jugging 5 different schedules it’s hard to stick with a certain class and time. It’s a bummer because my daughter enjoyed the classes. I will be going to a federal way or another auburn facility. Skills: the coaches are mostly ok. Most are young and will be staring off in the distance or on their phone. They mostly let the kids do what they want even if it’s the wrong technique. I felt my daughter wasn’t able to sharpen her skills and they are always distracted or staring off into space.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this facility, particularly with the office manager, Kathy. From the very first day, her attitude and lack of respect were apparent, and things have only gotten worse with each interaction. She speaks to people in a very unprofessional and discourteous way, which is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that should set a positive example for children and families. I was hesitant to write this review, but after repeated experiences, I feel it’s important to share. The overall impression is that the main focus here is money rather than genuine care or respect for people. Please be alerted that this is extremely concerning behavior for someone in a management position. I sincerely hope her superiors takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. Add: Most and all stuff not friendly at all, and a couple of the front desk stuff VERY rude.

I enrolled 2 of my daughters here. My 6 yr old was in Mighty Stars and she loved it! My 11 yr old is still enrolled and can't wait to go to her class every week. The coaches are great at taking each girl aside and showing them what to work on so they can progress to the next level.
