★★CM ABQuite disappointing! we chose this camp for our daugher because of its locations and also because of the nice reviws here in google. In the week my daughter was in, there were approx. 10-12 kids, but to my surprise, the only girls running the workshops (art counselors) were a 23 year old (pretty much desinterested or not highly motivated to at least greet kids in the morning with a nice 'hi' or 'welcome'.. actually the rest of the kids were more excited to check on the ones arriving than these 2 ladies) and a 16 year old a bit more energetic but with no interest whatsoever in being nice and warm to these kids, but rather giving pretty much straight forward directions on what they should or shouldn't do. My daughter was not feeling welcomed and rather got the feeling she was always doing things wrong. To my surprise there was no other adult person supervising the kids or the work of the 2 art counselors... as for the art work, well.. I was expecting a bit more for the price ($500/week).. they were mostly given a picture they should kind of replicate (with their own touch) using pastels. I really missed the creativity part here and the work with other meterials to create art (as we do know from other art workshop providers in the area). Definetely for us a no go for the future, we even decided not to attend to the last day session. For the owner, a very effective business model.
