Powered by GoogleWe absolutely love Art Strong! My twin boys (3 years) love every class, and we recently hosted their birthday party there. It was perfect. Everybody had the best time and so many people complimented all of the details, and how happy and friendly the team was. Strongly recommend to any family considering classes / parties / camps etc!
Our family absolutely loves Art Strong and highly recommend this children’s art studio to any one looking for activities. We started going to the grown up & me sensory art classes for babies when my son was 6 months old and continue to visit the studio for toddler exploration, open studios and themed holidays. So much thought, creativity and planning go into each sensory art activity and children are introduced to a wide array of art materials and themes. All of the teachers are so kind and engaging (especially Miss Jailenn), and children are really encouraged to be themselves and explore freely at their pace. It is truly a special place, and I always look forward to bringing my toddler to a class here. The studio space is a breath of fresh air, and I always leave feeling great. My son is now 2 and we just had his birthday party at Art Strong and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was exceptional at running the party and engaging with the wide range of children who were present. All of the children had such a blast exploring with their hands at each station and there was so much to do in the back room as well. Many parents commented how unique the studio was and how focused their children were while enjoying the art and expressing themselves! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
We had such a great experience celebrating our daughter Zoe’s birthday at Art Strong! Everything was perfectly organized and the staff was so kind and helpful. All of the kids had an amazing time. We live right next to the studio so we’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend for birthday parties!
Art Strong is hands down one of the best Art & Sensory locations for toddlers & children in NYC, we’re so happy and lucky they decided to run out of Long Island City. I’m the mother of a toddler whose been taking their Little Explorers class, we’re blown away weekly by all the creative, fun, well thought out sensory tables and art stations they design each week. Additionally, they take extra steps to ensure safe ingredients, washable / nontoxic art supplies, and safe mediums for young toddlers use and explore during each class. We’ve taken a few different sensory/art classes in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan and nothing has compared to incredible and creative stations that Art Strong creates each week. Grateful for the wonderful classes they provide!
Hands-down one of the best kids program in Long Island city. We sent our two boys (6yrs old and 4yrs old) here for their weekly summer camp. Our boys came home after the first day begging for us to sign them up for a second week. The teachers did an amazing job encouraging and fostering our kids’ imaginations and creativity. The boys always came home excited to show me what they had made and the story behind their creations. At the end of the week, they put on an art show and invited all the parents. This was quite possibly the cutest thing ever. My kids were SO excited to have their pieces of art on display and to have my husband and I walk around to look at it all. Very highly recommend this program, even if your kid isn’t super into art. Other things to note: was really impressed with the amount of high quality material used/given to the kids! Most art classes in the area just use construction paper and regular markers etc. My kids left art strong with a finished stuffed animal, a wooden action figure, a canvas-cape etc!
