We love Anna Banana! Our 7-year-old daughter has been going to Anne's day and summer camps for the past two years, and she always looks forward to them. Anne creates such a cozy, warm, and educational environment for the children. The best part is that my daughter comes home each day with beautiful works of art that are so lovely we consistently frame them. If you're looking for a safe and supportive place to send your children for a day of drawing and painting, I highly recommend Anna Banana!

I heard about Anna Banana from so many mom friends whose children have attended over the years - it’s truly a beloved neighborhood staple. My daughter and I love the classes, time with friends, and the beautiful art she brings home! I especially appreciate how Anne introduces the children to famous artists like Vincent van Gogh and Andy Warhol, then guides them through age-appropriate projects inspired by their work (like a toddler version of The Starry Night)!

My son (5 yo) went to Anna Banana classes for over a year and has done day off and summer camps there, and he absolutely loves it. He’s learned so much about art and has gained such an appreciation for artists and different styles of art. We recently went to Chicago and he asked to go to the Art Institute to see some of the art he learned about at camp. He recognizes famous artists’ work and takes such pride in having made his own artwork based on their inspiration. His artwork from the classes/camps is my primary office decor (photo attached!) Anne is wonderful and forms such a strong bond with all of the kids. 10/10 recommend!

My 2.5 year old and I both love and look forward to weekly art class at Anna Banana. Her light-filled, cozy studio is a delight and her projects are thoughtful, creative and age-appropriate. Miss Anne teaches art but also gently instills soft skills like listening, tidying up, independence etc. She’s also taken a thoughtful approach to Covid precautions - we felt safe and comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about our experience - thank you, Miss Anne!

My 4-year-old has loved Anna Banana! She takes art classes once a week after school and also did the summer camp there. She's learned about artists over the course of history and mimics their styles as part of the learning fun. She loves going here every week, and I recommend it highly. Anne is wonderful and caring, and my daughter adores her.
