I travel a bit far to come here, but I stay because the routine fits me now. Morning sessions have fewer people, so I can complete workouts faster. One thing I noticed is water refill points could be more accessible; sometimes you need to walk across the floor. Apart from that, machines are stable and rarely break down, which keeps consistency easy.

Echoing others. Cancelling my membership due to mismanagement of an ice storm. Other locations remain opened for the week, yet this location and only this location had its doors barred for over a week. When clients reached out to ask about prorated refunds due to the closure, the explanation given was that they 'could've used other locations, so refunds will not be issued'. Which may be valid, except they were only closed to due to 'hazardous conditions' - which the other locations were also dealing with. The only reason I even signed up here was due to the convenience of its location. It's ridiculous to be closed for over a week and then make absolutely NO concessions to your clientele, especially given the high price of membership. Oh, and they make sure to charge you for two more months once you submit your cancellation notice. What a joke. Terrible way to run your business, and I won't be back.

Unsafe icy conditions in parking lots and sidewalks? Im sorry, but we pay way too much $$ for that to be an excuse to remain closed. Set up a plow contract beforehand, make club availability a priority. My parking lot 1/4 mile away from your location has been plowed salted and cleared, multiple plow contractors in the area. Call one up, pay the $$ to have it cleared so members can utilize what they are paying monthly for. Update to gym response: see photo of your fredericksburg location today 1/28 parking lot looking the same as glen allen yet they are open for business. Your excuses are complete BS. It boils down to poor management. I have been a member for almost 10 years and have watched it rapidly decline since covid. Update: Day #10 still remains CLOSED!!! Another gym would love to have my 10 years of on time payments, thanks for making the decision that much easier due to your incompetence!

This place is a joke. They said they close at 8 PM. I just went up there and they’re closed now. Back in the day, they used to be open for 24 hours no matter what but now they close if the wind blows the wrong way. I remember after Covid they were the last gym to open and they opened like six weeks later than anybody else. I remember I would go in there and it would be packed and a bunch of people and now it’s a ghost town when they are open, which is very rare apparently. Do not get a membership here whatever you do this place does not keep consistent hours. And I don’t care what they say all the other gyms such as gold crunch and everybody else is open, but they’re not. If you have a busy life, this is not the place for you. You have been warned

There was snow 2 days ago and this gym is still closed. Let’s get it together over here. Response to Below: I appreciate the response, but a 2 day delay is a bit ridiculous (I hope it's not 3). I was there at 6am this morning and there was about 2-3 inches of snow/ice on the ground. This is not something that a common plow truck can't handle. I understand that your hands are probably tied, but maybe call a different plow company? Use a different salt supplier? If there is a will, there is away. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
