Sancilio Tennis Academy runs its summer camps at the Midlothian Athletic Club, using six covered courts, five outdoor courts, an indoor gym, an athletic field and a dining area. It offers three tennis camps for intermediate through nationally ranked players and three tennis-and-sports camps for novices, the latter mixing tennis with dodgeball, soccer, capture the flag, ping pong and basketball. Campers are grouped by age and ability, with a daily fitness and mental-game component and match play for full-day campers. The half-day option runs 9am to noon, Monday-Thursday, at $250 for members and $275 for nonmembers.
