We recently joined Alliance Soccer, and it honestly hasn’t been what I expected. Coming from GSA and UFA, there’s a big difference in how those clubs are organized and how the players are coached. Alliance really needs to step up — better structure, stronger coaches, and more focus on player development. Another concern is the behavior on the sidelines. Some parents act like referees and, unfortunately, a few behave completely out of line. It creates a really negative environment for the kids who are just there to play and learn. Both of my kids played for GSA and UFA before, and you can clearly see the difference in professionalism and structure. Alliance has potential, but they have a long way to go to reach that level.
