My son played in the very chaotic and unorganized spring U8 league (we didn't know the first game schedule until a couple of days before the game, the entire season's schedule until the season was already 1 week in, and that a playoff game would exist that wasn't on the calendar until 1 day prior). We also paid for photos that we still haven't received months later. However, his volunteer coach was great and he made friends so we signed him up for summer camp and the fall league so he could continue playing with his friends. That has already proven to be a mistake. Two days into a 1 week, full day summer camp, they cancel the day's camp because of "weather that will only get worse." It's 1 hour of a Georgia summer pop up storms with no lightning. All four hours of the afternoon are forecasted to be crystal clear. When I called Mark on the All-In FC website number, he acknowledged the afternoon forecast looked clear and said that the decision was made because the KIDS at the camp said "we're done." Mind you these are small children who didn't pay for the camp and don't know the afternoon forecast so don't know that the weather will shortly improve. When I pushed back on him about that because I had to cancel a work meeting and was already on my way to pick up my child, his response was "pick him up or don't." The company's policy is zero refunds so do not risk your money signing your kids up for this league.

Highly disorganized. It's honestly gotten worse over the last few years. This will be our last season and then we will be All-Out! For the amount of money paid on the registration and uniforms, parents should get better communication and not be hassled to coach their kid's team due to the leagues inadequate communication and inability to find coaches ahead of time. Our son was also moved to practice on a day we specifically requested to not have and were told to just skip that practice day (as they couldn't accommodate due to lack of coaches/teams). Frustrating to say the least. If you thrive on last minute (or nonexistent) communication this could be right up your alley. Otherwise, consider looking elsewhere.

We had a very disappointing experience with this soccer school. They registered our child to a different location outside of our address area without informing us. When we signed up, I clearly stated that Mondays did not work for us, yet they still placed our child in a Monday practice group. There seems to be a coach shortage every season, which affects the quality and consistency of training. Additionally, although we specifically said we did not want a volunteer coach, our child was assigned one anyway. The lack of communication and organization is very frustrating. They also do not offer refunds under any circumstances, which feels unfair given these issues. Overall, this has not been a professional experience, and I would not recommend this program to other families.

My family has been apart of All in FC Snellville since they first came to Gwinnett about 7 years ago. Overall had no issues with the park and organization. Only issues I have had have been with parent forgetting that this is a recreational league that is open to the general public and all parent paid the same amount of money as the next person in the same age group. Over the years I have experienced parent forgetting the fun in the game and acting more like children then the actual kids who are on the field playing. I mean cheering for our kids and our team is expected but when that cheering comes with blow horns, music blarring that all the team does is Win amongst others and parents yelling at children there is a line that has to be made and the park organization has done a fair job at keeping it fair and consistent. Unfortunately many of the parents and their actions have taken the fun out of the game for other teams and kids. Sports are about winning and losing and we are suppose to teach our kids how to do so with tack and sportmenship but many of the parents dont display that. We will still continue to support the organization as long as my children want to play.

Dear All In FC Board and Coaching Staff, We, the parents and supporters of the U14 Defenders, are deeply disappointed by the decision to impose a “Silent Saturday” on our team based on unproven and baseless claims. Let’s be clear — there has been no physical evidence or credible report of inappropriate behavior from our sidelines. These accusations are hearsay and do not reflect the truth of who we are. To silence an entire group of families over unverified comments is not just unfair — it’s disheartening. We are passionate parents who show up every week to cheer, support, and uplift our players. That passion should not be punished. Our enthusiasm is not disrespect — it’s love. Love for the game, love for our children, and love for the Defenders community we’ve built together. To ban cheering, clapping, coaching, and even words of encouragement under the label of “Silent Saturday” feels like a targeted attempt to mute the very spirit that makes this team special. The Defenders are known for unity, positivity, and energy — and those qualities are exactly what youth sports should inspire. We teach our kids to stand tall, to play with integrity, and to never be intimidated — and we will continue to model that same strength. If there are concerns, they should be addressed with honesty, transparency, and evidence — not assumptions or one-sided decisions. We respectfully ask that this decision be reconsidered immediately. Our players deserve to feel supported. Our parents deserve to be treated fairly. And our team deserves to be celebrated — not silenced.
