Politics over skill. UFA undermines fair development and makes it hard for kids to improve based on merit. Look for other clubs that prioritize actual soccer ability.

Very unorganized. No structure and Coach Elliott is probably the worst coach ever. He has no communication skills. Multiple parents have shared that they feel the same way I do, about him. Heard him at practice say he doesn’t care what the kids do for practice. He has zero skills and I will never sign back up to play for UFA. Taking our talents somewhere else. Waste of money and time.

If you like watching your small kid play soccer from 100 yards away, this is your place. Ridiculous you can’t sit anywhere near your kids to watch them play games due to the “risk” of getting hurt by a ball. I’ve been watching soccer for my older son at RSC for years and have always sat close to the field to watch the game. Probably my last year here.

This league is a joke. They have too many tiers of age groups and will let any kid join no matter skill level. No skills training whatsoever by our U12 coach last year and the year before. Kids would run the same drills every practice and coaches would just stand by and talk instead of teaching the kids when they did something wrong. I wouldn’t waste your money. Don’t get me started on how rude coach dre is.

Excellent coaching and they take good care of the kids like making sure everyone was inside the pavilion when they found out about an approaching thunderstorm etc, good amount of breaks and making sure kids really take rest during breaks instead of playing around.
