★Jon RodriguezDisappointing Experience with TYSA My experience with TYSA was frustrating and disappointing. I felt that our team lacked the level of coaching attention and engagement that parents and players expect, especially from a paid coach. During games, it often seemed like the coach was distracted and not fully focused on the team. I raised my concerns with leadership, hoping changes would be made, but in my experience nothing improved. It also felt like TYSA was focused on creating as many teams as possible rather than making sure rosters were properly built and players were adequately evaluated. Because of that, we had several games where there were not enough players available, which made it difficult for the kids to compete and enjoy the season. Overall, I left feeling that organization, communication, and player development were not where they should be. I hope TYSA takes parent feedback seriously and makes improvements for future teams.

This is horrible business etiquette, as the volunteers are the one who keeps the kids program running.A coach has to do 2 seasons for a $40 discount. It’s not about the money, but the principle. No worries GSA will appreciate me as they offer incentives for coaches. Go where your VALUED
