All American Basketball Camp is a co-ed basketball camp for boys and girls entering grades 2-11 at all skill levels, running as a six-week program from June 29 to August 7 with open public registration. Camp is held in the air-conditioned gymnasium at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Resurrection in Brookville. Founded in 1969 by former St. John's University player Gus Alfieri and now directed by his son Ron, the camp was renamed the Gus Alfieri All American Basketball Camp after his death in 2024.
