Tasha and Maragret took care of my family and I. They got us checked in and were very kind while doing so on on busy Saturday while dealing with an extremely rude guest.

I called yesterday on my lunch break to ask about swimming with my children and I was informed over the phone you did not have to have a membership and could pay per person. I got there about 4ish with both of my children ready to swim and was informed that the pool was at capacity. Mind you we saw the pool, and there were not that many people there at this time of day. Seems strange to me the pool was full for new swimmers, but not the groups of people going in behind us coming from the parking lot. They may have been members, but I also asked what we needed to do to become a member and was told there is no membership. To me it seemed like the two lady’s behind the counter didn’t feel like dealing with me as a new member because there was paperwork involved. Maybe next time be a little more clear over the phone before someone drives 20+ minutes with their two excited children about the rules of the swimming pool. Parents are just trying to find things to do with their children while we all have jobs.

As a paying member for a family of 8 for several years, it is unfair for any family to be unable to utilize gym services for the entire day because another person made a reservation. I understand if they reserved one of the many unoccupied spaces, but to limit one of the main spaces for families to use is ridiculous…especially on a Sunday when the gym opens lates and closes early. There’s pretty much only the weight room and gym, which kids can only use 1. Our day is shot. It’s raining so other local parks are a no-go. Im sure other paying members shared the same experience. They need to give notice or send some sort of email before family get ready, get there, and be turned around.

Small but fun. Love the people that work there really nice. Kids are having a blast. Can't wait for the pool to open.
