★JBH 3306Horrible experience trying to cancel a membership. I ended up having to cancel my damn card because they kept charging. Buyer Beware!!!!
★Shaneika MahoneyNever answer the phone and they keep removing my child from the program because I keep getting different info. I called 20 times and they need to fire Samantha because she never answers the phone and removing people when payments are made
★★★★★Sunja HarrisAngela was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with my experience and hope to keep it going as a member of the FAMILY YMCA !
★Shanda WreadChildren were yelled at and subsequently the children were afraid of the lead teacher. She was more like a drill sergeant. I wouldn't let my kids go to prime time.
★★★★★Shane ThompsonThe Family Y runs a great program and has such a positive impact on the CSRA. They are community focused and you can tell that staff care at every level.
