ACT ONE Theatre School runs a four-week musical theatre day camp in Pittsburgh for students in grades 5-12, meeting Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm at Perry Highway Lutheran Church. Campers work on acting and musical theatre scene study, voice, monologues, audition technique, acting for the camera, script and lyric writing, world drumming and jazz dance, taught by professional directors, choreographers, actors and music directors. The session ends in a full production at the Greater Pittsburgh Masonic Center in which every camper has a featured role; listed tuition is $950.
