It’s not just competition, but about performance dance, responsibility, respect, professionalism, showing up for yourself. We have been to many studios, and have dance friends we know in different studios and very few of them take time to be in the community, bring awareness to not just those underprivileged kids or individuals, but brings awareness to those in your own studio that may need help. Mr. T and stuff hold your dancer accountable for their actions and behaviors,but also allow your dancer to feel that the studio is your safe space. My daughter because of Mr. T showing the students the difference between competition dancing and performance dancing was able to book her first paying gig..
