Powered by GoogleWe were nervous to send our 11-year-old for her first time to YSSC, but we knew this would be the right program for her. The care and commitment to values that this program adheres to is incredible. Fantastic communication, exemplary care, and our daughter came home with amazing experiences and a new level of confidence. We are grateful for YSSC!
Our daughter had the most incredible experience at YSSC this year! It was her first time away from home, and she absolutely loved every moment. She made new friends, tried exciting activities, and came home more confident and independent. She’s already talking about going back next summer and we’re so glad she found a place she loves!
Our son (9 y.o.) recently attended YSSC for the first time this summer & it will forever be a core memory for him. He enjoyed 2 weeks of being immersed in camp, learning to trust who he is, growing in his faith & connecting with those around him. He was a bit nervous going in not knowing anyone but, upon returning home he told us stories of all the wonderful people he’d met. The activities were some of his favorites but, especially the banana boat. He shared what they learned about the Bible & came away with some new worship songs which are favorites. Returning home he was overcome with emotion & stating how kind everyone was. YSSC was a wonderful experience for him & I am grateful he had the opportunity to attend!
I couldn't give YSSC a higher recommendation. Though I was nervous about sending my daughter off to camp for 2 weeks, it was the best experience for all of us! She camp back more confident with a quiet strength. The staff and their ability to encourage, support, and care for her was incredible. I highly, highly recommend YSSC as a summer camp!
There’s not a lot of spaces left where kids can just be kids and get away from the pressures of life. This is that place! Great staff, fun activities, beautiful location, and the perfect environment for memories that last a lifetime.
