Campers stay in cabins, yurts, or tents with access to a lake and pool, and take part in outdoor adventure activities emphasizing character, skills, and faith. Located near Bass Lake in the Sierra Nevada. American Camp Association-accredited with a low camper-to-staff ratio.

He enjoyed 2 weeks of being immersed in camp, learning to trust who he is, growing in his faith & connecting with those around him. He was a bit nervous going in not knowing anyone but, upon returning home he told us stories of all the wonderful people he’d met. The activities were some of his favorites but, especially the banana boat. He shared what they learned about the Bible & came away with some new worship songs which are favorites. Returning home he was overcome with emotion & stating how kind everyone was. YSSC was a wonderful experience for him & I am grateful he had the opportunity to attend!
