I want to say at first I loved this Y because it has a bridge with Phillips and my daughter goes there but I also have another daughter goes to Washington. They had a game last night and the Washington cheerleaders was waiting for their buses, my daughter is a cheerleader, while waiting the young clerk was extremely RUDE and very disrespectful! It’s no way to talk to young girls or a grown woman in that manner whatsoever and to blankly waive his hand and scream is OUTRAGEOUS in front of kids! My 5 year old was in tears because due to the chaos he turned the lights off while we still there. I will be following up with a call as well because the way we were treated was so disgusting! I will tell everyone because it’s no way a young man who sees girls waiting for a school bus to be treated so poorly.

Wont allow children to drink gatorade or anything colored for games. They have the parents leave the drinks at the front desk trusting that strangers wont taint them. Im glad Im not a member at this location. Definetly a RIDICULOUS rule!!!!!
