This location is awful. Updated my payment information and they keep trying to bill my old bank that I no longer use. For the past 3 months I’ve had to pay an additional $10 return fee even though my new bank information has been updated. I called and was told all I need to do is remove my old card. The old card is not even on my account anymore! I was told 2 weeks ago I didn’t even have a balance due but now I do? Payments go through on the 1st so why is this such a mess? I have spoken to 4 different people and no one can fix the issue, so I’m stuck paying $10 extra every month until someone decides they want to help

After signing up you realize that the use of the facilities is very limited you can hardly get into use the basketball courts the swimming pool and if you want to cancel you can't just call in and cancel they will continue to bill you until you go in in person and cancel the membership It cost the same amount to go to the Kettering rec center and it is much better facilities

Very dirty established. All that money spent on membership and they can't afford a decent cleaning service. The fitness area is really bad. DO NOT look to closely to the base of each machine and the foot pedals, does not get cleaned regularly. They use to have a higher standard when it came to cleanliness.

I love this Y! Everyone has been friendly. I've never felt unsafe. And they have all of the amenities that are important to me. The building is old, but it's beautiful and they have done a nice job of keeping it renovated. Easy access from the bike is bonus.

I am a relatively new member and I am extremely happy with the downtown YMCA. The staff and members are all very friendly. They just upgraded a lot of their machine's and nautilus equipment. There are also a lot of machines so you never have to wait. They have basketball courts, a running track, non-traditional equipment (like ropes), racquetball courts, swimming pool etc. I personally love their locker service where they wash and dry your clothes and put them back in your locker for the next time. It makes working out downtown simple, convenient, and stress free.
