Me and my family have been going to Camp Silver Beach for years now. It’s such an amazing place and me and my brothers have made so many memories here. I definitely recommend. The cabins are pretty standard for a summer camp, they have two showers, two sinks and tons of bunk beds. They also do have AC which is vital for those hot summer days. The dining hall is nice and large and the food there is surprisingly good. I would also like to compliment how good the counselors take care of the children. They never let them out of their sight, and they don’t baby the kids. The activities are a blastt! They have a pool and the camp is right next to a bay, so kids can swim in the water. There are tons of life guards on duty at both the bay and pool, so if your kid struggles with swimming then they’ll be a okayy. They also have a swim test on the first day. So if your kid struggles with swimming then they’ll make the child wear a life jacket. However, they make everyone wear a life jacket at the bay. Overall, amazing 10/10 would recommend!!! ❤️

An excellent location for team building and fun! We had a team-building retreat for our workplace (adults ages 25-45) and I cannot say enough about how amazing this camp is. The cabins were clean and well kept and the surrounding grounds were beautiful. Teri ensured we had everything we needed for our team-building exercises to include the Alpine Tower and other items for activities. We had two amazing camp counselors, Makenzie and Jake, who not only made sure we had everything we needed but also learned everyone’s name for the Alpine Tower and personally encouraged and cheered them on; it felt as if they were a part of our group! At the end of the night, we had a bonfire set up for us with s’mores which was the perfect end to our time. The food was great in the dining hall and the staff was welcoming in helpful. Megan handled all our bookings and monetary investments professionally and thoroughly explained how our event would look. During our stay, Liz ensured we received all safety briefings and monitored the logistics of the event to run smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend hosting your event here. Thank you CSB for an amazing time!

We attended the Spring Getaway Family Weekend Camp. The camp is Friday-Sunday. Check-in is Friday evening, this is a great time to explore and familiarize yourself with the layout of Camp Silver Beach. Saturday morning starts with breakfast, followed by 3-4 activity offerings within the next few hours (ex. Archery, zipline, tie dying). After lunch, 3-4 more activities are offered (ex. Arts and crafts, kayaking, wreath making, riflery). Dinner was followed by a talent show, bon fire and smores. Sunday breakfast is followed by even more activities (ex. high ropes, archery, skate park) before check out. Our family (2 adults, a 7 year old and 3 year old) had a great time and we'll definitely be back for more quality family time. Three things to know: 1. Phones. You won't have cell signal. Wifi is available in the dining hall. 2. Mosquitos. Bring bug spray. 3. Meals. Southern comfort food, my husband wants to go back just for the apple cobbler. I'd also like to give feedback on two more things. First, the bayside cottages are such a tease when staying in the tower cottages. While the tower cottages bring nostalgia with their rustic/classic camp esthetic, the Bayside cottages are newer, have lovely screened porches and some even have a bay view. Next visit I would love to opportunity to stay in one! Second, there was a camp employee that allowed their young great dane to run the beach without a leash. She was a lovely dog, but personally for our family it was hard to relax while around her. In 2020 my daughter was violently attacked by a stranger's dog, so you can understand our anxiety around unleashed dogs.

Been there twice now, both during late september. Water can be very shallow, so swimming is difficult. The cabins are pretty standard, but have temperature controls which is nice. A bit of a walk from the main hall to the cabins, but lots of side nature trails to explore. Beautiful dock for awesome sunsets.
