★★★★★Jessica Frazier100/10 My son has been so happy and so have I. The counselors are all so friendly, loving, and caring and have treated us so well. My son (7) had some anxiety switching from the summer rec program to this one but from day 1, he has been so happy! I wish I could shout each and every counselor out, because they deserve it..but for the sake of space I want to give kudos to Mr. Honeybun, Mr. Unicorn, Mr. Jo Jo, Mr. Typhoon, Mr. Sage, and Mr. Slam….and so so many more! Drop off and pick ups were always so well organized as well. Thank you all for what you do and looking out for and taking excellent care of my baby!! Keep up the good work ❤️ You’re appreciated so much by the Stovall family.
★Kimberly BooneMy son has attended Ymca summer camp since the age of 4. He is 11 now. Granby Location is awesome. Camp Red Feather location is not good. He use to enjoy going there. But now there is bullying and the counselors do nothing to remedy the situation. My son is a good kid. He just want to go to camp to make friends and have a great summer. This place is horrible now. If I can not get him into Granby Location next summer he will definitely not attend this one. GET NEW COUNSELORS that know how to supervise children.
★KatieI used to go here as a kid and someone finally reminded me of this awful place. I always dreaded going here. The other kids constantly bullied me, and the adults did nothing. Once I nearly drowned and there was no adult intervention as the other kids kept my head down under the water. I got out by dropping to the bottom and jumping away only to be dunked again and have to do the same process with little gaps of air until I got to the bottom edge where I got out. During my time the adults were negligent to any of my problems. Idk how it is today, but I went here for years around the early 2010’s. The only saving grace was that the activity’s were fun.

Counselors present themselves as they actually want to be there with your children and taken genuine interest in getting to know each of them individually. Pickup and drop off was organized and very easy. They have a variety of activities, kept the kids fully entertained, educated and exhausted lol. Job well done!

My son loves his camp, and I'm happy he has a safe place to explore the outdoors during the summer. Fishing, boating, archery, arts in the forest -- there is something here for every kid. I couldn't recommend this camp more. And sincerely, a hearrfelt thank you to the counselors who made a difficult summer for my son one of joy and discovery.
