I LOVEEEEEED camp!! Btw I’m a girl from the camp! It was soooo fun! We got a bunch of good food and I got so many new friends! Like a girl named Soren! We fished together and we got 12 fish in a ROW! And in one hour! To the person that said “Slavery exists there” that’s a lie girl. We do small chores, like- taking out the trash, THE TRASH IS LITERALLY RIGHT OUTSIDE ITS THAT EASY, we have slingers who go early to breakfast, lunch, and dinner! We set the table THATS ALL YOU REALLY HAVE TO DO, we also have the sweeper, and other small chores etc. Anyways, my point is camp Mohawk is the best! Your daughter would love it there if you sent her! I love camp and I always will!!!! 🥰

I was a camper from 91 to 00 and then a CIT in 01. Some of the best memories of my life were made at camp. I'm so happy that my daughter will be able to attend camp in a few years when she's old enough. This camp cultivates love, teamwork, trust and helps young women find their own power. I brought my daughter here for mother daughter weekend and I've also gone to alumni weekend. I'm constantly impressed by the way the camp is renovated to be better while simultaneously letting spirit remain the same!

The summer of 2021 was my third summer at camp mohawk. I come back every summer because everyone is so nice and welcoming and the counselors especially are amazing. As someone who struggles with homesickness a lot at camp, my counselors have never failed to talk it out with me and helped me to enjoy camp to the fullest. I have met so many amazing friends here that i still keep in touch with!! This camp is a place where i feel comfortable being 100% myself with zero judgment.

Camp Mohawk is the best place for young girls to go and grow in themselves and with others. It helps boost leadership, it empowers girls to be themselves, and it implements lasting friendships. I've been going to Mohawk since I was 9 years old, was a camper for 6 years, a CIT, and have been on staff for 5. There's no other place I'd want to spend my summer. Each year I go I learn more about myself and I meet the most influential people in my life. Camp strives to help every girl be empowered, smart, and make a change in their own community. I could not be happier about my camp experience.

My daughter has been to Camp Mohawk for the last 4 years and it gets better every year. All the counselors are friendly and upbeat. They help even the most nervous camper feel right at home. It's a great "all girls" camp where girls can be girls.
