This is the best gym I've ever seen in my life!!!!!

Private dressing rooms alone are worth 5 stars. The staff is amazing, attentive and willing to help. The gear is new, and well maintained. Being the Y, a lot more family friendly.

I highly recommend physical therapy at the Briargate and First and Main locations. Both physical therapists are highly skilled and can help you with whatever need(s) you may have. Dan and Krista have decades of experience. In addition to being experts in their field, they are both personable and care about you as an individual. I have experienced great success with my shoulder injury in just a few weeks. Note: one of the best perks is that Dan and Krista can work on more than one body part during your visit. I am thankful for these two professionals!

I have been going to this specific gym location for a couple of months now and only have positive things to say. The staff is really friendly, I have always been greeted as soon as a get there and there is always staff walking the floor. The gym has a great variety of machines and the spacing is just right. My kiddo’s have enjoyed going to the care center and it gives me a peace of mind when I am able to take a glance to check on them through the clear windows. Great place!

I've been coming here since 2022 and this is my favorite YMCA in Colorado Springs! 🩷✨ I'm very reliant on gym daycare in order to be able to workout and this location have the best in the area. As far as child care facilities, I think there are other branches that have better stuff for to do for kids, but those one is the best for the reason that this seems to be the cleanest and have the least likely odds of your kid catching anything in the daycare and getting sick 🤔🦠 —not to mention the child care workers here are very attentive and sweet, and are great with the kids! My son loves coming here and spending a few hours in their daycare zone. As far as daycare hours, those are subject to change. They recently increased their daycare hours and expanded it to more than what they used to offer, so you'd have to check their website (or those pamphlets they hand out in the front desk) in order to get the full, updated details 🙏🏼 in general, YMCA allows for 2 and 1/2 hours of daycare use per day; hours of availability vary per location. As far as gym equipment, this location is the newest and most updated, with what looks to be the newer machines and weights on the floor compared to some of the other locations. Parking can be rough during busy hours (which I noticed to be in the mornings), but you can still find parking—just further out of the way 🚗 No pool in this YMCA location tho, sadly 🤔 but that's personally not a deal-breaker for me so it's not losing any stars for me for that.
