Country Creek Swim School teaches private and small-group swim lessons from a heated swim spa at the instructor's home in Colorado Springs, with Learn-to-Swim and preschool programs for children ages 3 and up. Daytime lessons are available through the summer beginning in June, but they are individually booked lessons rather than a camp. Julie provided a wonderful environment for him to learn and was kind but firm, which is exactly what he needed. The size of the pool was perfect for him as it wasn't a large, intimidating body of water. He also loved that it was warm! The private lessons helped him to focus without any distractions. I also really appreciated that as soon as Julie felt my son was water-safe and that his swimming progress had plateaued, she took the time to explain to me that she felt he was probably as far as she could get him developmentally, and to come back and see her next spring/summer. Her honesty and transparency were very much appreciated and we will definitely be back!
